To confirm booking, a refundable deposit of £85 is required 4 weeks before arrival or in the case

of last minute bookings, upon arrival at High Farm. This will be refunded 15 days after departure

to account for any breakages/damages (see Terms & Conditions).

Accommodation must be vacated by 10am on day of departure
